Terms of Service

There will be no refunds once the work has been started. I will not start any work before payment has been received. The turnaround time for completion of any commission will depend on how many changes you request, as well as my health and workload at the moment (usually between 1 and 3 months, depending on the type of commission). If you decide to cancel your commission before I start it, you will be refunded the full commission price. If you cancel after the work has begun, you will be refunded 50%. No refund will be issued if you cancel after a commission is completed.

Please be aware of commission scams! I take payment through PayPal under @Celestsketch only!

I do not allow my art to be used for AI websites, AI image generators, and/or NFTs.

All commissions will be drawn in my art style. I will not do realism, nor will I copy another artist's style.

I will not draw art that contains: NSFW, gore, heavy inorganic forms (ie, cityscapes, large-scale geometric interior designs), or mecha.

I will draw: characters (suggestive or affectionate poses are allowed) in simple backgrounds with mostly organic shapes (forests, lakes/underwater, a simple bedroom, or an indoor setting)

If a commission request submitted via Google Forms lacks sufficient references, asks for content that breaks TOS/rules and conditions, or makes me uncomfortable, I retain the right to refuse any commission request.

Should I refuse a request from a client who has already paid, the client will be notified, and a full 100% refund will be issued.

Comms are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Should a commission request be received when my commission slots are full, the request will be rejected, but the request will be at the top of the queue for next time.

Unless I have explicitly stated otherwise, my commissions are for personal use only.

If you desire a specific image quality, size, or resolution, you must explicitly state your desired resolution in the request form.

I will update my client on the progress of the commission at each stage (sketch,lineart, color). Stages may occur out of order, as I like to color sketches before doing lineart.

I will provide up to 3 revisions of any given artwork at no additional cost. After that, the commission will be considered complete.

All my commissions can be reposted by clients as long as I am credited as the artist. Additionally, commissions can be used for advertisement or branding purposes (such as profile pictures or banners) so long as I am credited.

Regarding Character Design Commissions: If requested, I may draw characters based on descriptions. However, these descriptions MUST be specific. I require details such as hair color, skin color, eye color, height, build, gender, personality, age, and anything else that would help me understand the attributes and general "feel" of said character(s).

Character Design Commissions are for personal use only; the rights to the design(s) are yours once the commission has been completed. Reselling designs without my consent is prohibited.
